Shipping policy

Shipments are mailed out Monday-Friday (excluding US Holidays) within 3 business days of order placement. 

Once an order is processed and shipped, we do not accept cancellations or returns, unless there was an error on our end. 

Pickup at our fulfillment facility is Monday-Wednesday 10am-3pm or by appointment. Please text or call 313-936-0223 with the time you'd like to pick up.
