Sales Associate - Part-time

ILERA Apothecary is looking for a results-driven, Sales Associate located in Detroit, Michigan. Candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take on leadership roles. This leader needs to have the self-drive to work independently and as a team. Core values must include a passion for beauty, sustainability, and innovation.
Team members would be responsible for educating and demonstrating our product line to our customers. You are a representative of the brand in-store, at events, meetings, etc. The ideal candidate comes knowledgeable in clean beauty and organic skincare. This person is also ready to learn and grow in the clean beauty realm.
Key competencies will include:
- The ability to work independently and as a collective team
- Leadership skills to manage and work with management staff, vendors and customers.
- A passion for clean beauty and sustainability,
- Strong communication and public speaking skills,
- Know-how to self-start work and implement innovative practices.

- Meet and exceed personal sales plans
- Meet and exceed personal sales metrics
- Assist in protecting company assets including accurate inventory and cash management
Job Requirements:
- Sales and retail experience
- Experience in skincare, haircare, beauty and healthy living
- Public speaking, poise, and confidence.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (must be able to obtain a passport though not required to start)
- Must be located in Detroit, MI with reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends
